At Door of Awareness, we are committed to creating a respectful and safe matchmaking experience for all users. We take misuse of our platform seriously and provide tools to report inappropriate behavior, fake profiles, or any suspicious activity.

2. What Qualifies as Misuse?

You should report a user if they are involved in any of the following:

• Sharing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate messages
• Using fake identity or profile photos
• Asking for money or financial assistance
• Spamming or sending irrelevant links repeatedly
• Threatening, harassing, or blackmailing behavior
• Violating platform rules or privacy of others

3. How to Report

If you encounter any misuse, you can report the profile by:

• Clicking the “Report” button on the user’s profile
• Or emailing us directly with details at doamatchmaking@gmail.com

When reporting, please include the username, screenshots (if available), and a brief description of the issue.

4. What Happens After Reporting?

• Our moderation team will review your report promptly.
• If the reported behavior violates our policies, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban the user.
• Your identity will remain confidential — we value your privacy.
